• How long does the process take from start to finish?

  On average, a website takes 2 to 4 weeks to complete. The exact timing depends on how quickly we get the content and feedback we need, as well as our current project load. Some sites are ready in just 2 weeks, while others take a little longer depending on the scope and collaboration.

• Do we provide our own domain?

  Yes. We believe in transparency. Even if we purchased the domain for you, we’ll transfer full ownership to you if you decide to cancel your subscription.

• What if I want to cancel before the 12 months are up?

  If you decide to cancel before the 12-month mark, the remaining balance of the full website cost ($3,800) will be due, minus what you’ve already paid. We focus on building long-term relationships and hope to work with clients who value the same commitment.

• What's the difference between upfront and monthly packages?

  The main difference is how you’d like to manage the cost. With the subscription plan, you get smaller monthly payments and unlimited edits, so we can update your site as needed without extra fees. This option offers flexibility and ongoing support. If you prefer to pay upfront, you’ll save more in the long run, as everything from design to development is covered with no ongoing costs. It really depends on what fits your business best, whether you want flexibility with monthly payments or the savings of a lump sum payment. We're here to help you choose the plan that works for you!

• What is your refund policy?

  We want you to be completely confident in moving forward. If you sign a contract, whether it’s a one-time payment or a subscription, and we’re unable to design something you’re fully happy with, you’re entitled to a full refund of any upfront payment. Once the project moves into development and we begin building the site, refunds are no longer guaranteed and are issued at our discretion.
